Lack of Anchorage
- Description
K.C. leads a group discussion about the absence of firm values and spiritual grounding that often fuels addictive thinking and restless living. Through shared readings and reflections, participants discuss how the mind can become unanchored when driven by ego, fear, or self-reliance, and how reconnecting with spiritual principles brings stability and peace.
The discussion looks at the difference between belief and practice, showing that faith without action remains empty. Participants share honest experiences of struggling with control, emotional chaos, and the illusion of self-sufficiency, revealing how these patterns block connection with a higher power. K.C. also addresses how personal values shape relationships, and how living without these anchors leads to confusion, resentment, and inner conflict. This also touches on paths 4, 6 and 10.
We are encouraged to reflect on our own anchors of honesty, humility, patience, compassion, and to recognise how these values can restore soundness of mind.
