This workshop focuses on how developing inner awareness can support recovery from addictionism and emotional suffering. K.C. speaks about how everyday reactions are often shaped by fear and old habits of thinking, many of which operate quietly in the background without us fully noticing.
As the discussion unfolds, K.C. guides the group in recognizing emotional patterns as they arise and looking honestly at how instinctive reactions can influence relationships and choices. He reflects on how unresolved experiences from the past can continue to shape decisions long after the original pain has passed.
The workshop also touches on paths 4, 10 and 11 and the role of imagination and intention in creating change. Rather than staying focused on what feels broken, it offers a grounded way to notice internal blocks and begin responding differently, allowing clarity and personal responsibility to grow over time.
