Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.

The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.

Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.

Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.

Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

How ego and defense mechanisms affect thinking in addictionism, and how spiritual principles and the recovery program provide tools for change..

  • Description

K.C. leads a discussion about how ego, self, and defense mechanisms influence the thinking patterns of those living with addictionism. The group examines how distorted perceptions can create conflict, isolation, and misinterpretation in everyday life. K.C. highlights the role of ego as a driving force behind defensiveness, pride, and self-justification, while also showing how spiritual principles and the recovery program can provide a way to recognize and redirect these destructive thought patterns. We are guided to see how unchecked ego can fuel old habits, and how awareness, willingness, and connection with a higher power can break the cycle.  Also touches on Paths 5 and 10.
