Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.
The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.
Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.
Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.
Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

Emotions Going Bananas

- Description
This honest discussion offers a relatable reflection on emotional outbursts, misunderstood intentions, and the inner turmoil many face in recovery from addictionism. It opens with a personal moment of frustration and unpacks the deeper emotional roots behind such reactions.
The discussion looks at:
- The link between anger and unhealed emotional pain
- The concept of emotional hangovers
- How unmet expectations and resentment can cloud judgment
- The challenges of practicing restraint and tolerance in real-world situations
- Why reacting isn’t always strength, and non-reaction can be the truest form of resilience
K.C. encourages us to shift from impulsive responses to thoughtful action by leaning on spiritual principles, self-reflection, and humility. He reminds us that it's not about being perfect, but about being willing to pause, learn, and grow.
This discussion is both confronting and comforting - a reminder that even in our lowest moments, there’s a path forward through honesty, connection, and spiritual guidance. This also touches on Paths 3 and 10.
