Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.

The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.

Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.

Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.

Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

A powerful discussion relating to guilt, ego, and the dangers of spiritual drift in recovery. K.C. invites the group to reflect on their relationship with meetings, mindset, and the daily work of staying spiritually connected, especially when they think they no longer need it.
  • Description

In this deeply honest and thought-provoking discussion, K.C. explores the mental, emotional, and spiritual battles that can arise in recovery, even when sobriety is intact. One individual’s reflection confronts guilt, spiritual complacency, ego, and the subtle drift away from recovery practices.

After a friend declares he no longer needs meetings, a wave of fear and reflection is triggered. This opens up a raw exploration into his own experience of drifting away from his program and the painful realization that ego often disguises itself as confidence. He shares how the disease of addiction can quietly re-emerge, not just through relapse, but through mindset, isolation, and disconnection from spiritual principles.

Throughout the discussion, we hear stories of relapse, moments of clarity, and the importance of staying grounded in recovery one day at a time. The conversation touches on themes like spiritual awareness, the mental obsession, the power of ego, and the real danger of thinking you’ve “got it all figured out.” He reflects on how repetitive messages in meetings, even when dismissed, often hold the truth we most need to hear.

This discussion is a reminder that recovery is not a box to tick or a goal to reach, it’s a daily practice. And sometimes, it’s the painful truths and uncomfortable emotions that bring us back to the work with a renewed sense of purpose and humility.  This touches on Paths 1, 5, 10, 11 and 12.
