Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.
The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.
Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.
Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.
Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

Don’t Look Back

- Description
This heartfelt group discussion explores the inner struggle of letting go, trusting a higher power, and taking real action in recovery where they reflect on the deeper meaning of Paths One, Two, and Three in the recovery program. K.C. reflects on how sobriety isn’t just about abstaining, but about building a new way of thinking, one that replaces fear, doubt, and control with willingness, trust, and spiritual connection.
K.C. encourages us to stay in the present moment, avoid over-analysing the past, and surrender old habits of self-will. The discussion highlights that real change happens when action and spiritual willingness meet, and that trusting the process (especially during life's toughest moments) requires courage and effort. K.C. also gently reminds us that the foundation of recovery is built not just on belief, but on continued commitment to grow and evolve.
If you’ve ever wrestled with doubt, looked back on old decisions with regret, or found yourself stuck in indecision, this open and honest discussion offers comfort, perspective, and practical spiritual tools to help you to move forward. This also touches on paths 1 and 2.
