Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.
The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.
Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.
Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.
Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

A Safe Place to Go
- Description
A practical guide for anyone seeking peace, clarity, and self-understanding, whether or not addiction has been part of your story.
In this session, K.C. focuses on how distorted thinking and unresolved trauma can influence daily life, and how awareness, meditation, and responsibility can help restore balance. This also touches on Path 10.
Listeners are guided through discussions about emotional restlessness, self-talk, sleeplessness, fear, and the underlying causes of recurring frustration or self-doubt. K.C. explains concepts such as “decentration” (quieting the overactive mind), the dangers of blame, and how fear of losing control, or not getting what we want, keeps us stuck.
This audio offers thoughtful insights for anyone working through inner conflict or trauma recovery. It reminds us that the true work of healing begins when we take responsibility for our own thoughts and choose a calmer, more centered way of living.
