Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.

The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.

Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.

Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.

Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

A look at how ego influences addictionism and recovery, with a particular focus on both pride and self-doubt, and how humility, acceptance, and a higher power help break free from ego-driven thinking.

  • Description

Discussing the powerful connection between ego, self, and addictionism, and how these forces shape our daily lives in recovery. This audio examines the ways ego can show up, through pride, self-criticism, entitlement, defiance, or the constant need to be in control, and how these patterns can keep us stuck in old ways of thinking.

During this discussion, K.C. highlights both sides of ego - the boastful pride that inflates us, and the destructive self-doubt that tears us down. Through personal experiences, practical examples, and reflections, listeners are guided to see how ego can fuel addictionism and depression, and why humility and surrender are essential for spiritual growth.

This audio also touches on Paths 2 and 7, acceptance, the challenges of responsibility, and the role of a higher power in overcoming ego-driven thinking. It provides honest insights into the daily reprieve of recovery and how awareness of ego’s influence is important to staying connected, balanced, and free.
