Welcome to the TLC audio store. This audio archive is a compilation of many years of lecturing. The spiritual and science used by Thought Life Connection were borrowed from religion, science, and medicine. TLC has adjusted and adapted the vocabulary of the paradigm of the 12 steps so that it can be understood by every man, woman, and child.

The spiritual principles will manifest psychic change for anybody and everybody without having to have drug or alcohol addiction in their past.

Many people – regardless of experience with traditional addictions – report that as a result of practicing these powerful principles, they have been able to meet difficulties of life that they could never face before. This is a powerful pathway to a better life – a genuine way of living for anybody and everybody.

Within the lectures, you will hear people ask questions about why am I where I am, how can I get to a better place and what is blocking me. As you listen, you will realize that we all have similar problems because we live through our bodies instead of the light of our minds.

Your past will become your future if you keep reliving it. These audio files can lead you to a path of freedom.
The question is what path will YOU choose for your future???

This audio reflects on the urgency of recovery, grabbing hold of spiritual principles with all the fervor, as if they were a life preserver. It highlights the mental nature of addictionism, the need for willingness, and the daily practice of tolerance, honesty, and faith.

  • Description

Facilitated by John, this audio explores the idea of holding onto recovery with the same urgency as a drowning person reaching for a life preserver. The group looks at the inner struggles of addictionism, the challenge of accepting powerlessness, and the process of finding a Higher Power.

You will hear about the truth that addictionism is not only physical but deeply rooted in the mind, shaping our thoughts, reactions, and relationships even in sobriety. John describes how desperation can open the door to willingness, and how practicing spiritual principles with passion can transform daily living.  Topics covered include:

  • Facing the “unpalatable truth” that addictionism is a disease of the mind.
  • The necessity of grasping spiritual principles with wholehearted effort.
  • Understanding emotional reactions such as anger, self-pity, and depression as part of the illness.
  • Developing tolerance and compassion in relationships.
  • Letting go of old ideas to create space for growth and connection.

This audio is an encouraging reminder that progress comes not from perfection, but from a consistent willingness to apply principles, and by seeking support.  This also touches on paths 3 and 4.
