Broken Pot Thinking
- Description
A reflective recovery workshop focused on Path 4 and the process of honest self-examination. The session explores how emotional reactions, instinctive behavior, and old coping patterns can quietly shape our actions and relationships.
K.C. unpacks how instincts linked to security, connection, self-worth, and control can become distorted through addictionism and past trauma. He encourages listeners to notice where reactions come from, rather than judging behavior on the surface. Through discussion and examples, the session highlights how awareness, willingness, and spiritual connection can help interrupt familiar cycles of anger, fear, self-blame, and emotional shutdown.
This audio also covers the idea of rebuilding from a “faulty foundation” by letting go of old identities and learning to respond differently in everyday life. The focus is on progress rather than perfection, recognising mistakes quickly, and returning to balance with honesty, humility, and self-compassion. This audio touches on Paths 4 - 10.
