Don’t go too deep in your mind at past family and relationship trauma without establishing a solid relationship with a power greater than any human power. Getting close to this higher power means we need to desire a constant building process.   As we build this close relationship eventually you may call this higher power God and it must be understood by you! We must be rid of the selfish-self relationship you have had your whole life. In order to do this, we learn to stop feeding the constant negative self-talking mind and use our will properly by centering our minds with Omnipresence, Omniscience and Omnipotence.

This is a power greater than any human power that no one can give you.  We can build this relationship ourselves by desire and fervor to be free from the bondage of selfish-self-will. Stop over committing to everything for a while and choose to under commit so there is no failure. If you say you are going to do something then know, as a new character you are going to do it.  Too many times as the old character, we have not done what we tell others we will do. This ultimately destroys self-esteem.  Just think about how good it feels being a person who when you say you are going to do something by the grace of God understood by you it will get done.  This is  how we start to not be alone anymore because we having a living relationship with the Divine as we understood God to be the power for our lives.  It is a journey of powerful self-discovery.
